Recently AdonisPluto released the meshes for his Patio Build Set & Garage Doors, I liked them so much I just had to recolour them in my usual AL Wood Colours.

The MESHES are not included you can get them HERE and HERE, don't forget to hit the 'Say Thanks' buttons when you get the meshes.

No EP's or SP's required for the Windows, Doors & Arches, Nightlife is required for the Garage Doors.

Windows:
Found: Build Mode > Doors & Windows > Single Story Windows. Price: V5 - §50, V4 - §100, V2 - §100, V1 - §120, V3 - §120 & Master - §200

Doors:
Found: Build Mode > Doors & Windows > Doors. Price: §900 & §900.

Arches:
Found: Build Mode > Doors & Windows > Archways. Price: 1 Tile - §300 & 2 Tile - §500.

Garage Doors:
Found: Build Mode > Garage > Single Story Windows. Price: §1000 & §1000.

Files have been compressed and checked in game. Colour charts are included in the zip files.
