Stunning 2 level modern structure built with the entertaining couple in mind. As you enter through glass double doors into the foyer you will find an open and spacious 2-story great room steps ahead. Towards the left is a dining area and a spacious kitchen all completely open to the pool and patio area for ease of traffic flow when entertaining large amounts of guests. Also on the main level you will find a study, tv room, a half bath and a garage that can easily be remodeled into a room of your liking. On the second level are 2 open and spacious bedrooms with private baths.The home comes with no landscaping other than beautiful green grass so the owners can spend more time enjoying and not maintaining this stunning property. This habitable piece of stunning architecture comes fully furnished for the price of $100,000.

Now on to the fine print. (This Lot is Clean from hacks) This is the first modern home I have made in the Sims2. I'm not a big fan of modern homes (because I find them to cold) but I built this one out of curiousity and it came out really well, I think. Although don't expect me to venture into this area very often as I enjoy building homey homes more. LOL! My next home will be a requested beach cottage. The grass groundcover was custom made by me, hope you like it. You can share it in your homes as much as you like but please dont do anything else without asking me first much less upload to paysites. The home itself cannot be uploaded anywhere whithout first asking me for permission. Hope you enjoy this home as much as I enjoyed building it and any problems with the lot please tell me.
