Hi there Does this house look familiar? If yes, you know your way around modern houses.

This house was originally a part of an old tutorial pretty much everyone saw and wanted! Of course. you could follow the tutorial
but why do that when the original house was rebuilt by yours truly!

This house was given via tutorial by none other than "sirmatthewman111" in his video on youtube "The Sims 2 - Building a modern house part 1."

I didn't design and make this myself, I just merely followed the tutorial, with minimum custom content! Don't worry, it's just a couple
build mode content!

This house is two story, it contains 1/2 bed and 1/2 bath! Has a small 3x7 hallway downstairs. The bedroom upstairs isn't enclosed, the stairs enter the room.
The bathroom is upstairs, decent sized. The driveway isn't an actual driveway, it's flooring by maxis. The kitchen is fairly decent in size
As for the backyard, it's small but quaint, plenty of room for sim activities within reason: such as birdwatching, toss football, etc. If you feel the yard is too small, I used a large lot just in case of that. So feel free to expand the yard to your size needed or wanted!

The lot is very floral and has lots of plants and trees. It's a small modern house, but it doesn't seem that way on the outside.
