Hello everyone, I have brought you a Japanese styled home for a single family. I think this lot would be best suited to the edge of a large city or residential neighborhood.

As per usual, the mail box is not in its default position, so don't be alarmed about the moving in cinematic!

I put the basics in the kitchen and bathroom as well as a dining room set.

Your Sims will first walk into the genkan, a small space used to take one's shoes off. On the bottom floor, there is a tatami room, which is traditionally used for drinking tea with family on the floor with a short table. Maxis's Tea Time Table would fit perfectly here. The small amount of space with wood flooring in that room is usually decorated with plants and trinkets. Both the living room and tatami room lead out to the modest patio that can easily be changed into a gardening area. Upstairs, the two smaller bedrooms share a petite balcony while the master bedroom has a larger balcony.
