1800's Federal in White.

3 plus bedrooms 3 bath home from the 1850's remodeled in the 1920-1930's.

This is a recreation of a house I played at as a little boy in the late 1960's and to this day the house is still standing.
After much debate I have added the extra bedroom/den off the back of the house and added the back patio over the back door, these were not in the house from my childhood.
In my childhood this house only had the 1 tree in the back corner so I have added more trees and other plants and have added the small pond with a gazebo for your sims to enjoy.

Made using the AGS in a clean and empty Base Game hood.
