Consisting of open living, kitchen and dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms with ensuites...1 with a spa, upstairs games room with a bar, it has plenty of room for entertaining, whether it be bring a friend home for the night or just hanging with mates. Garage complete with internal access and wrecked car to work on, in their spare time. Very low maintenance yards and gardens, the front yard boasts a hand dug fish pond stocked with plenty of fish, for when the guys forget to do the shopping.
