Fulton's Cars and Garage is a functional car yard selling a wide range of vehicles. There are also bathrooms, an admin area, a manager's office, and an employee break room. The garage is mostly for show. A lot of the items there come from the Fast Lane Stuff pack, but the lot will work fine without it. I put Into the Future as compulsory because I've flagged it as a gallery shop, but would probably be ok as some kind of store.



To use this lot as intended, you MUST have the Savvy Seller's Set from the Sims 3 Store. Without it, you might be able to have a decorative car yard if the normal parks are used but you wouldn't be able to buy anything there. (NB the car parks are the selling points so there is no need for a register, and the admin area is just for show. But it's usable if you need a desk, and it does look nice!)

To stock the yard, even if you own it, you will need to place cars in your sims' personal inventory and manually arrange them in the spaces on the lot. For some reason, cars are not available to buy on community lots, it's kind of a pain but it's worth it (and as long as you don't edit the lot in edit town you'll only have to do it once).

There is other decorative content used from the store - pot plants and the like. All can be easily replaced with whatever's in your game without altering the purpose of the lot.
