This is a japanese style public building for The Sims 4. There is 25m pool on the 1st floor, and a locker room is on the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor is a gym. This lot has a dining room and a bedroom, and it's possible to train a body while staying.
Attention! The front entrance is sometimes inversely installed by an established place.
