Cantilever

Cantilever has been sitting in my world for almost two years now -- while it has been built since about three days after I started, it has taken me an additional few years so furnish it. God, I hate furnishing things. Regardless, it's now done, and I hope you can enjoy it!



Cantilever is a unique, CFE-loaded, home for your wealthy sims to explore. Situated intothe landscape, Cantilever will seamlessly fit into any "upper class" parts of your town, and is sure to be an awesome status symbol for the affluent sims in your game.

This house flaunts the following features:
- Open floorplan kitchen, living, and master-suite
- 4 Bedrooms
- 4 Bathrooms
- Driveway
- Pool
- Office Spaces
- Beautiful Landscaping
- Atriums
- Two additional rooms (because I just don't know what else to put there!)



Notes for this upload:
- Do not expand this house, even if you have working knowledge of CFE. The first floor is built on uneven ground, and required a lot of measuring and click counting on my part. You will break the house if you try to expand.
- The front waterfall is dark blue / white unless there is a sim inside of the atrium, then it turns back to normal. I don't know how to set a light to be "always on" but, if you can do that, then this issue will be fixed.
- I am 95% certain that I only used content from WA and IP, but some other decorative items might have come from some of the other expansion packs. In order to be safe, I checked all the packs I have installed.
