It annoys me when EA makes certain articles of clothing completely locked. How are we suppose to live the crazy stories we want if we can't even use everything at our disposal. So I unlocked theses wonderful Hermit outfits that came with Outdoor Retreat.

Theses are simply overrides to make them show in CAS, these packages do not included any textures or meshes they rely on the textures and meshes from Outdoor Retreat.

I did not change any of the categories so they have their original categories set. The female hermit top can be found in Tops under Vests and the skirt in Bottoms under Skirts. The male hermit outfit can be found in Outfits under Outerwear. All items are filtered for Career and Situation wear and is allowed for randoms.

Removing theses files from your mods will not make them disappear from your sims it will only make them hidden in CAS again.
