This budget friendly set was made for those sims in my neighborhood who are just starting out, but still want their first apartment or starter home to have some style. Hopefully, others will have some use for them as well.

The set includes:
- 10 Shag Carpet Recolors (recolors of the base game 'Coconut Shavings' carpet)
- 10 Painted Walls (molding is by Maxis)

Files are clearly labeled by name (use the Sherwin Williams swatch) for easy selection if you do not desire all colors.



Color shown is Tricorn Black.






Color shown is Extra White. This color looks just a shade lighter than Silverpointe.
