Requested: Italian Meals Lobster Risotto & Potato Gnocchi

Happy Thanksgiving!

A few days ago, a MTS member by the name of Elly87 made some wonderful food requests.
Both of these dishes are traditional meals from Italy. These meals should be easy for your sims to make and are spawned from spaghetti. Today, you will get the opportunity to add “Lobster Risotto” and “Potato Gnocci”. These meals are served both lunch and dinner! You will find these meals in a tab listed as “AF requests”. This tab is where I will place requested foods from members of MTS. Enjoy!



*Lobster Risotto- This meal is made of parmesan cheese, risotto rice, and diced lobster meat. The rice is cooked by simmering in broth and olive oil . Once cooked, the consistency is a smooth and flowy.

*Potato Gnocci- An Italian meal made of potato dumplings and marinara sauce. Potato dumplings are made by baking potatoes in and stripping the skin. The potatoes are then mashed and patted into flour to form it's own type of flour. The potato flour is then boiled into water to create dumplings. Once the dumplings are boiled they are placed into a desired sauce of one's choice.
