Installation
In most cases beachlots are best placed where they were created. I used Twikkii Island - Expanded by BlueSoup
Please refer to the picture for placement, although other sites may be suitable, trial and error.
The doors leading forward are greyed out due to placing of objects using snap objects cheat, to rectify simply delete the chairs on decks 2 and 3, grab the door and release in the correct position and using " undo " restore the chairs. On deck one follow the same procedure but delete the telescope.

To maintain the condition of the garden plants I would suggest you install a garden mod such as the Inge inspired Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens at Simbology
