Hello everyone!

I believe it's about time I uploaded something for everyone to enjoy and I finally managed to come up with this!

Welcome to Rootwell Canal!



Yes, this time I thought I'd give the dirt terrain a try! Opposite sides of the canal are habitable, with the majority of the terrain being on the left side, as seen below:



Two bridges connect the two sides. The terrain is mostly flat around the roads, with a few bumps here and there which could easily be sorted out. The terrain level is low enough close to water-level and most roads are close to the shorelines for beach lots to be placed.

I tried to include a variety of shapes and sizes for the build-able areas so they won't all be humongous, as they often are with my terrains.

Though you won't/might not really need it for this terrain, since most of it, at the very least, should be visible with the game's original camera configuration, I'd still recommend you to get Tom Duhamel's camera mod for a more flexible neighborhood camera that will allow you to move around the neighborhood more freely, and perhaps view roads you normally wouldn't be able to or barely can.
