Yes, you saw that correctly - pets accepted - for less than $700 a month. Nice!






This lot was originally built for the application round of d_dgjdhh's "The Monopoly Game Town Contest" - I have since modified the lot a bit, turning it into these cheap duplex units.

Please note: I realized while I was working on the pictures for this upload, that I forgot to put the phone back after I moved the desk. Please add a phone as soon as your sim moves in!

While there is no CC used in this lot - I strongly suggest getting:
the Ceiling Light FIX by Menaceman44 @ MTS2
and Gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet so your Simmies can brush their teeth at the bathroom mirror.

Sandy2Simmer reported that the mailbox has issues (My test-sim didn't find it - sorry!) If you go into the lot first in build mode - before moving anyone in - and delete the diagonal "cut-stump" fence under the mailbox, it should fix itself. Thank you ~ and sorry
