This has been updated to V2 for the 1.19 patch.

This mod enables 'Kiss Neck' as a romance interaction for YA, Adults and Elders as well as Teens who can do this by default.

The delays or hindrances called Lockout Time or Cooldown are removed, so the action is always available as long as the romance has progressed past the first kiss.

This mod uses the XML file:
E882D22F_00000000_0000000000012463_mixer_social_KissNeck_targeted_romance_relationship_teen

Unzip the file and place the .package file in the Mods folder or subfolder.
