This is a maxis makeover of the 'Ranch Retreat - 2BR, 1BA' house
I tried to incorporate 4 rooms into this house but it didn't work out the way I planned, so I just placed a simple driveway and garage instead.
This isn't the best MMO but I really tried with this house. I don't normally build on a 3x2 because I don't like the narrow layout but I tried my hardest.
The garden isn't my best work but it's hard working with a narrow garden.
I managed to turn this into a 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom no CC family house.
It's great for a small family and couple because there's a lot to do around the house.
