Fairies' Haven - A cozy cottage for your sims

Hello everyone !! Here I bring my second upload after receiving such kind words about my first lot ^^



This time, I bring you a small cottage. Perfect for a single sim or a couple with no kids. It's fully furnished and decorated with a mix of shabbychic-cozy style. In my game, it has TONS of CC but for the sake of not cluttering up your downloads folder, I've deleted a fairly amount of it and tried to leave just the basics for keeping the lot's charm. However, you can always use Clean Installer to remove the items you don't want in your game, and I'll upload an unfurnished version soon for those allergic to cc :P

IMPORTANT INFO !!

kiki1cola warned me about some items flashing blue in-game. I've noticed this could be because these items are made with the repository technique, so the master mesh must be in your downloads folder for the items to show properly. Here are the known ones:

Windows → You will need the file ole win breeze half op MASTER.package → GET HERE
Oak on backyard → You will need Manor House Great Oak → GET HERE
Bedroom Items → You will need the sofa box → GET HERE




This little cottage features a bedroom located in the garret and an open concept on the ground floor, that includes a living area, a kitchen and dining area and an office area. The bathroom is separated from the rest. There's also a small library on the back of the house, with a fireplace. The lot has a nice backyard with hot tub and a parking lot as well.



Due to game logic, the bedroom in the garret will always have an akward lighting, but it's completely playable and you shouldn't have any difficulties to get your sims there. Also, the veil over the bed in the pics is NOT included in the lot, you can download it from SIMCredibleDesigns as part of the Crystal Illusions Set (Downloads>Bedrooms>Page 1)

Don't forget to download the animations for the ladder or your sims will teleport themselves to the upper or bottom floor !!
