This house is a small modern mansion type lot. As more of a bachelor pad than any other, a sim or couple can live here!



The modern lot is complete with;

This lot uses ONE Custom Content object which isn't required and doesn't affect the build in anyway.
I used a keyboard, downloaded from Mod The Sims, placed in the bedroom.
