This single family home is larger than it appears. It would easily house a household of up to 8 sims with no trouble! Please note I used two pieces of custom content which I will list right here:

The floors are vital to the look of the house.
This home contains 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom will be found in the basement. Also in the basement you will see an art studio, family room and storage room. The house is designed to be open concept so the kitchen living and dining room are together in one room. This makes living more practical while making the house appear and feel more spacious. One of the original inhabitants of this lot, Rachel Berloni, was a painter. All but four paintings in the house, and there are many, were painted by Rachel. Many of her paintings were even painted by reference so they are truly, one of a kind. Treat them well, please!
The backyard was too small to fit a pool but you will find a hot tub!
I hope you enjoy living in this house as much as I enjoyed (and at times loathed) building it.
