04/14/2017 Another update: Thumbnails and Patreon!
Because the carpets and rods come in different sizes, it wasn't easy to see which ones you needed. I gave the staircase custom thumbnails: the number 1 or 2 means the width of the object and the boxes tell you which height it is (for lower walls, medium, walls or high walls)
I'm currently also saving up to study a year abroad so I can run my own company one day. If you want, you can support me on Patreon https://www.patreon.com/Flinnel
Sorry it took a little longer then expected. (I'm still new to modding) I've fixed the path-finding problem in the latest version and you can now place the items without having to use cheats. I also replaced the single width models with new ones so the texture doesn't get distorted.
If you have a previous version installed, simply overwrite the previous files with the new ones.
Have fun!
Hey everyone, there were some mistakes with the mod, making single stairs unusable by sims.
I'm currently fixing this, will have it fixed by tonight, or tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience :S
To decorate the stairs I created carpet runners in different colours. The runners are in the classic Manor style and can be found in the "Rugs" section.
To add more detail, rods can be placed that are used to keep the runners in place. The rods are also in various colours and can be found in the "Decorative Misc." section.
Edit: I forgot to mention you need to activate the move object cheat (done by pressing Control + Shift + C and typing "bb.moveobjects" in the dialogue box)
Edit: Changed the thumbnails so it'll be easier to preview in the inventory.
All textures and meshes were done by me.

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
