This little house is furnished without custom content.
One version is a starter home. Look at the innovative light construction of the base, it makes the house cheap enough for starters.
It will cost 19946§. Now get a job or make paintings or marry a more or less rich Sim, otherwise you can not pay your bills.

The other version is for Sims with more money, wich do not like setting up the house itself.
They have to pay 51987§. Two bedrooms are not yet furnished and could be used for other purpose too.
