Lofty Skies pt.1

Lofty Skies' signature style returns - 2x2 lot, a dark facade, extended roofing and modern open space areas that welcome nature inside!

FIRST FLOOR

One car garage;
1/2 bathroom;
Entry and hallway;
Open plan kitchen, dining and living room;
Outside: Semi-covered patio connected to the kitchen; a small area behind the garage - possible backyard garden.

SECOND FLOOR

Sitting area, open to the first floor;
Master bedroom w/ walk-in-closet and bathroom;
Two bedrooms;
Bathroom, access from the sitting area.

NOTES

I didn't add a driveway infront of the garage since the space is not enough and the car animation won't work properly anyway. When I tested a copy of the lot the car teleported inside the garage (where we have the extension) as usual in this situation.Other than that I didn't notice other issues.
