I've uploaded a Business Owner and a Restaurant version, which works just like the Self-Employment one, but with more appropriate icons and titles so the career reflects what your Sims is doing. You can use these at the same time as the Self-Employment.

Add a new Self-Employment Career with only one level : Self-Employed.

This career is intended mainly to fill the career panel and when asking other Sims what their job is. This level has a one-hour work day because the UI needs it, but it's not paid, and you can miss it without any penalty. So you can role-play it as an administrative appointment or just ignore it.
