This is remodeled TS2 house. It can be found in Academie Le Tour university neighborhood with name 6 Danish Drive.
When I played this lot I never liked when my sims are constantly going from house to house when they something need it in them. Originally lot is designed to have two separate flats but in residential lot for me it did not make sense. Because of that I decided to remodel this house in apartment lot and now two separate houses make sense.
Floor plans are changed for better use of living space, each house has got its own fenced garden and the roof is slightly modified that porch on the side can be covered.

Very Important
I included Wrought Wright, Inc.Iron Age invisible fence by pfish in this pack,it is mandatory to install this fence together with apartment lot in order to this apartments can work properly.
Garden and living area are placed on different levels and only with this fence apartments can work and be usable.

More Info
I used TS2 6 Danish Drive house where my sims never lived so don't worry for any problems with this lot in your game.
I created duplicate Academie Le Tour neighborhood, moved house in normal non-uni neighborhood and then modify it.
Played and tested 10 sim days (finished apartment version) and everything works fine.
