Her last name is now Depeche or Cleveland. I went back and forth so much I can't remember. She was born in Cleveland. And her iconic T-Shirt features the Brit band Depeche Mode. My sim is free of Custom Content.

Rochelle is a Loner, Body builder and an Ambitous Genius with a High Metabolism.

eastwind580 requested Rochelle I make her favorite character. This was tricky, I am not happy with the hair. After hours of research to find the right style, I gave up but I feel I've done good overall.
