After the last build I uploaded that had lots of things going on plus a bunch of CC, I wanted to do something simple and quick for the next one. This house is built on a economical lot and had 3-4 bedrooms depending on how you use them (one of them is furnished as a nursery currently, but it could be an office or flex room if you like). There are three full bathrooms, a basement family room, driveway parking for two vehicles (vehicles not included), and a few fun things in the backyard. All appliances upgraded.
