The Treehouse (No CC/base game)

Hi Everyone!
I've been playing around with what I can build... and I came up with this, a treehouse!



This is a house built around a huge treetrunk, with a raised platform garden underneath.

Here's the floorplan:



The ground floor is a garden, complete with two benches, a bird bath and multiple gnomes. There are also plenty of garden lights as it's quite dark being under the house.



The first floor holds the entire house, a snug but grand affair decorated in rich reds and dark woods. Coming in through the front door you come to entrance. Moving clockwise, you have the living room, dining room with seating for four, kitchen, then bedroom and en suit bathroom. The main feature of the house is the glass windows around the centre which frame the treetrunk that holds the house up.

I was worried about how playable this house might be due to the amount of foliage around, but as you can see from the screenshots it's perfectly playable!

This lot has no CC, but was created using the cheat 'bb.moveobjects on' . Please have this active before you place the lot!
