If you are a younger sim just introduced into the new working world and is looking to make new friends in the city as well as live in utmost style and glamour or just an older sim or couple who want to skip on traditional suburban style of living and try their luck in the busy place that is the inner city, i have an answer for you. The Uncommons city lofts provides for all your luxury city needs while also giving you the opportunity to meet others who share your ostentatious yet elegant tastes for city living.

The Uncommons Lofts features five (two separately styled) apartments that are constructed uniquely according to the sims's tastes. If you are one that loves the outdoor city air, the left-sided apartments provide a lovely balcony area to meet all your stargazing needs. (Warning- Imminent alien abduction might occur). Or if you are one with alien paranoia and just want to enjoy the view without actually feeling the air, the right-sided apartments feature a lovely dining area surrounded by a fully open windowed setting.




Enjoy a spacious apartment with a shared kitchen and living room space adjoining a one bedroom/bathroom.







And for all your social and neighborly needs, throw lavish parties as well as interact with other residents in our topside lounge area equipped with a bar and sauna for your utmost relaxation.







All of the apartments come fully furnished but i only added pictures for the first floor left apartment and the second floor right apartment because the the top apartments have the same design as these two so it would be redundant to post pictures of those. I only decorated these two apartments too, the others have no decor, just electronics and furniture.

I did not play test the apartment to avoid any corruption issues but no CC content was used and i double checked to make sure that every facility or equipment was sim accessible so there should be no issues.

The apartments are best fitted in a city setting but feel free to place them anywhere you want. Rent prices range from $2583-$3290.
