The house was originally going to be a starter home, but as I was building it, it just gets more and more expensive and there would be no way that it can be a starter home due to the price. So instead it was made into the little home we see here. There are fish spawners from buydebug menu after using the cheat, there's only one of each fresh water base game fish spawner in the pond and shouldn't cause any issues.

It's one story with two bedrooms and a bathroom, there is space on the back left corner of the house for a spiral stair case in case you want to add a second floor as you wish. You will have to move the bookcase, chair, lamp, and computer desk and chair around a bit in order for the spiral staircase to fit right. You can always add a basement to the house as well, especially for your sims who wants to do alchemy since the back yard garden is also great for that as well. There's a little single car driveway on the side of the lot for placing a car.

The house has been player tested and there's no routing issues, but for some unknown reason when the lot gets placed down, it appears to be backwards, just turn it forward and everything should be fine. The house's preview in edit town will be showing the house from the back instead of the front, it's likely due to the fact the front door is on the side towards the front of the house. I personally don't know how to fix it, but what matters is that the house has no serious issues and it's easy to turn the house around when it comes down backwards on the lot after placing it in edit town. The house itself, plants, wall and floor textures, and everything within the house are 100% cc free and store content free.
