This home offers a garage under the house, full basement with game room, semi open living space, master bedroom with on suite bath, laundry room, kids room and 2 guest/teen rooms.

Even though the driveway slopes, the lot is still on a flat lot so it can be placed anywhere.

If you do not have the expansion packs or store items listed, that is fine. The lot will still work. The game will just replace what you don't have with something that you do have.
