The second home on Frugal Lane is here! Created for those straight out of CAS families, this starter home has a darker exterior and a bright interior. Perfect for three residents, this home has all the basics and a few extras - namely the easel, chess board and money tree. Space has been allotted for a future driveway install as well.

This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms.
  • 1 bathroom.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Designated space planned for a driveway.
  • TV, bookcase, desk, radio, easel, chess table and money tree - with potential to add more.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.

Lot Size: 2x2
