This single-story house has 4-bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is perfect for a growing family.

The open concept style home is decorated in a cool, contemporary design and includes a formal living room for quiet studying, dining room that seats 6, kitchen, and family room with fireplace and built-in bookshelves.

The master suite has a walk-in shower, his and hers closets and private sitting area.Three bedrooms are decorated for a teen girl, 2 boys, and a baby. The living room and master suite open onto a patio with grill and outdoor dining space, and play area for children.

I have both a fully furnished and decorated version, and an unfurnished, undecorated beige version.


*Note* The driveway is placed on the right side of the lot using the move objects cheat, so the car will jump as it leaves and returns. If that bothers you, feel free to move the driveway over.
