My second upload a series of contemporary suburban homes, each with matching finishes, allowing you to build a modern subdivision with a cohesive look.

This house was built with a central fireplace and a more traditional, vaguely Victorian-inspired feel.



With the central fireplace and large, open living room, this house is perfect for entertaining. The basement offers plenty of room for the kids to hang out while the adults host dinner upstairs. Features main floor master suite and laundry, upgraded kitchen, and covered patios in front and back.

Each bedroom includes a small walk-in closet that's just big enough for a 1x1 dresser (with moveobjectson). I personally like adding this feature for realism, as many modern suburban homes include closets in their designs.
