In The Sims 4 you cannot enter in a bloody battle where 100 people go in and 1 go out (unless with some heavy modding that, so far, I never heard someone created xD ).
But, at least, you can give them the shirt PUBG players got for buying the game on pre-release state.

For your battle royale-enthusiast Sims:



You can choose to download Male and Female shirts separately, or both in a single pack.
Once installed, you'll find it under "Top / Shirts" category on CAS. It fits from Teens to Elders (let's just leave the young ones away from the violent themes, ok?)



Now your Sims can go and grab that chicken dinner - fortunately, for them it's more a matter of using a oven than participating in a bloody battle
