Victorian Skirt and Blouse

Edit: I found out that the TF skirt had the bug where it crashes on you if you try to get a job while wearing it (and here I thought that it was perfectly respectable! XD). The bug has been fixed, but you'll need to redownload all the teen skirt recolours and the teen skirt mesh. Just delete the old files, as I also fixed a couple of the skirts that had minor texture problems and the files may no longer have exactly the same names.

I liked the 3t2 Victorian dress converted by DeeDee here, but I wanted the skirt and blouse as separates.

DeeDee had already done the blouse for AF here, but she hadn't done the skirt.

So I made the skirt a bottom only Everyday separate for Adult, Elder and Teen females. Then I spent way too much time making recolours. The skirt comes in the original 3 colours and 12 more. I had to avoid Bodyshop entirely in order to reduce pixelation, so my files ended up being about 2,000 KB. So the files have been run through the Compressorizer. A warning; the black skirts are still somewhat pixelated. Nothing I tried fixed that. I really wanted black, so I kept them, but they are not the best. If anyone can teach me how to not pixelate black then I will be your slave for life. XD The shoes have been made all black instead of black and white, because I really don't like the black and white shoe style.



The skirts are very high waisted in order to work with the blouses, so they will bleed onto any tight fitting top that goes down to the Maxis waist.

Speaking of the blouses … Now my Teens and Elders had nothing to wear with their skirts and I had the blouse files right there …



So I converted the blouse as a top only Everyday separate for Teen and Elder females and added the recolours made by Veranka for the AF blouse. The AF blouse file included is only two recolours that they didn't already have. There is no mesh or any other recolours there; you need to get them from the links above. Not all the blouse colours are pictured, but I have included Veranka's swatch.



All the blouses and skirts have a fat morph, but no preg morph (the original did have a preg morph, but it refused to play nicely with me).
