This is just a very simple standalone recolor of a base game t-shirt (no custom meshes were used). It's in the style of the homeshirt of THE best footballclub in the world: AFC Ajax Amsterdam! It's the season 17/18 version. Because of the awful situation during the pre-season match against Werder Bremen, I added a no. 34 Nouri #StayStrongAppie version.

Just extract the content of the zip-file to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods and you're done!

Location in CAS = Masculine > Tops > T-Shirts
Shirt can be used as Everyday, Athletic and Sleep.
T-Shirt can be used as a Teen, Young Adult, Adult & Elder
T-Shirt is male only
