Isla Vista is the perfect honeymoon getaway for newlyweds looking for a taste of luxury. Enjoy the grand view together and unwind with friends and family in this small vacation house.

Pardon me if I miss out any information, this is my first upload

Isla Vista is a modern-style vacation home made for two residents who either favor having guests over or prefer an expensive retreat.
The house has two storeys, with one bed and one bathroom. The house boasts of a breakfast bar, dining area overlooking the pool deck, classy living room, mezzanine bedroom, and etc. Be warned! The furnished house is eeeeexpeeeeensssiivvvvve.(At least for me it is).

I had a lot of fun building this lot with notable minimalist accents from the seasons pack such as the slats staircase and beams. Messing around with the moveobjects cheat certainly helped with foliage variations and window accents. Well, I do admit I made a lot of experimenting with most of the house, and that I may have left some parts a little barren and less decorated, like I could have placed another tv at the kitchen or something, blah I'm kinda lazy to do so. Anyways, I hope you enjoy it! Don't forget to share some of your experience with the lot :3 I love to see your plays with it.

Note:
*The house is built on the "Mid-Nowhere" 20x20 lot in Windenburg. It is suggested that the lot is placed to an equivalent, with the rear overlooking the sea.
