Disable Hopscotch Wishes

If you're playing without children or a traditional family, these hopscotch wishes that continually pop up near the middle of a Sim's lifespan can get rather annoying. I decided it was about time these wishes were disabled once and for all, so I did so.

This mod changes the chance of receiving Hopscotch wishes to 0%, but is not fully effective. It will only go into effect after a soft refresh of the dream manager, which occurs every few sim days.

Modifies S3_0604ABDA_00000000_2EDBA0B736E4D838_Hopscotch%%+DMTR.dreamtree from GameplayData.package.
