Hello guys!

I'm starting a collection of simple houses, which consists in small houses, made for one Sim. In total, I want to make five of them. Two will be common style, and three of them will be modern style.

It's a cozy house, where your Sim can start his/her life, and later, after succeding in his/her career, move to a bigger house (you have a lot of options in my page!) or expand this one. It's small, perfect for those who don't need a lot of room, and also for those who has no time (for the cleaning... which means you can do it quickly, as it's small).
