For this upload I decided to go in a more contemporary and super modern direction.
This house, Wooden Scandinavian Vol. 2, is a very realistic take on what modern wooden houses look like in Scandinavia (Denmark)

Wooden Scandinavian Vol. 2 consist of:

A kitchen connected to living and dining area
1 toilet
2 bathrooms
1 master bedroom
1 office
1 washroom (for those with that expansion) or as in this upload, a spare room
3 spare rooms upstairs for you to furnish as you like
Several patios and
1 garage with one parking spot aswell as one outdoors parking spot.
