Hey!

I really hope that The Sims University will (soon) come out! I couldn't wait any longer so i decided to build my own fraternity! I really hope the university expansion pack will bring back dorms, fraternities and sororities.
Anyways, none of The Sims dev's have confirmed a university EP will happen, but i have high hopes!

This fraternity is mixed, so it doesn't matter what your sims gender is! (Progressive huh!)
It would be great for storytellers who need a place for their university drama to start. (i would love to see!)
The bedrooms all display different personalities, so there's probably a room for your sims.

This lot contains:
- 7 Bed
- 5 bath
- spacious kitchen
- Dining area for 12 sims
- Formal livingroom
- Student Hangout
- Laundry room
- Hidden corner to blow some bubbles
- Study

I placed this in Brindleton Bay on the 40x40 lot where the Heckings live.
