I have the Radiance lighting mod, so these pics are unedited and I apologize that the interior pictures are dark! I didn't know how to brighten the interior in-game but hopefully it's viewable! I also have a road default if you notice the white sidewalks. This will not carry over to the lot uploads!

You know that yellow house in Desiderata Valley? I always loved that house but I hated the way it looked. I would remodel it but never save it, so now I took the time to actually package it and save it for later use for myself. Then I decided to upload it (first house upload!) for others to use . It's been packed with CleanInstaller so you must use CleanInstaller to open it!

I cleaned it with the Lot Compresser and this was built in an empty neighborhood dubbed my building hood (so you can see some houses in the background). There's a furnished and unfurnished version of this house.

THIS WAS BUILT WITH IN-GAME CONTENT! NO CUSTOM CONTENT!

This was hard because I've been spoiled with custom content but I figured most people don't want to go through the hassle of missing meshes/blank walls & floors, so this is CC-free. And I have the Ultimate Collection so if you don't have it, I think the items will be replaced with a different object afaik. I also moved the trash can behind the fence so no mean-spirited sims will pick up the habit of kicking it over and making your sims sick. You can use the moveobjects cheat to place it back in the front if you want, though.

The lot price for the furnished version is $86,870, the Lot Price on the bottom is for the unfurnished version.
