A small chapel once stood on this site dedicated to sailors venturing into the sea. Then over time the little chapel saw its community grow and became a real place of rest and meditation for all the sailors of the world.
After almost two centuries as a Chapel, this property was sold and the new owners completely restored it in order to make it a superb family home, spacious, enjoying an exceptional view of the bay.

The main entrance overlooks a large hall converted into a comfortable living room with its large fireplace, where a monumental central staircase leads to the upper floor.

The hall was split in order to accommodate:
- the parental chamber
- a children’s room
- a small bathroom

A small door in the lobby allows you to access the garden located at the back of the house.

The old chapel was transformed into a kitchen, a dining room. 2 small alcoves have been preserved serving one as pantry, and the other as lingerie space.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar area for quick meals.
A large table will allow you to welcome all your friends.

Upstairs a landing serves 2 children’s rooms (or friends), a toilet, and a bathroom located in the old guard tower.

On the landing there is a small reading and TV corner.
