An "abandoned" starter house that could do with some love and renovation. The house is completely bare on the inside except for lights and other fixtures. The house is almost as expensive as the other starters in the series, but you can get some money back by clearing the overgrown flower beds and clear the dirt mounds in the back garden. The house has both a basement and an attic with a lot of room.
