This large suburban home has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Like the last few homes I have uploaded here, I consider this a legacy home because it is built for specific sims in my story, and their family will continue to live here as they age. There isn't as much to say about this one other than it's quite large with three fireplaces, a good-sized den and a huge pool in the backyard! It was built for my Riverson family in Newcrest, on a 50x40 lot! I am really happy with how the landscaping and yard turned out; let me know what you think!

One of the five bedrooms in the home is unfurnished. The other bedrooms are furnished stereotypically for a young boy, a young girl, and a teenager.

House is completely play-tested with NO CC. The expansions used to finish the look of this home are Get Together and Cats and Dogs. I used a lot of windows from Get Together, and (of course) the white pillar. The interior uses both Get Together and Cats and Dogs, but much more so the latter pack. A few walls on the exterior were painted with shingles from Cats and Dogs. All interior walls, floors and bathrooms are base game only! I hope you enjoy this home!
