A well-furnished country house for 3 Sims sitting on a 2x3 lot. I'm quite proud of this house for being my first successful shot at a split-level staircase. The house has an open plan with a toilet under the stairs and a master bedroom upstairs with a balcony. There's plenty of room for expansion, and a driveway by the side of the house.

Some of you may know that I had a problem on this house where the Colonial Tract Doors were half-filled in; this has been fixed now. If you are using Loft Window Addons by HugeLunatic, download the updated version to avoid this.
