Max Level Career Fixes (OUTDATED)

Important update
Despite it not being in the patch notes, Patch 1.54.120 fixes the issue this mod also fixes. Therefor this mod is no longer needed and I'm marking it as outdated. I recommend removing this mod if you still have it as a precautionary measure.

This mod cleans up some career related EA tuning files so that the game no longer error when a sim is promoted at max level. It was most notable with the freelancer's since the gig would be come stuck and uncompletable.

Technical Details

EA made a minor change to the reward system to be able to disallow rewards for a sim. The only issue with this change is that it assumes that the reward list passed in is fully defines. It just so happens that in the reward lists for promotions at max level all have a null tag in them. This null tag would turned into a python object that none of the fields for rewards defined and such the new code would error on it. This error propagate up halting other things can causing all sorts of issue, such as the stuck gig for freelancers. Removing the null tag in the tuning fixes this.

Conflicts

I'm not aware of any mods that would conflict, but any mod that changes the bonus given upon getting promotion at max level or any mod that changes what items you get for getting a promotion for the freelancer carrers. Any mod that make changes to specific items should be fine.
