Hello, guys!

After a while with TS3 buildings, I'm back!

Today we have a nice and cozy little house for your Sims!



It has two floors and it can household 7 Sims, having four bedrooms and one bathroom.

Features of the first floor:

- Dinning;
- Kitchen;
- Bathroom;
- Living room;
- Bedroom 1;



Second floor:

- Bedrooms 2 to 4;
- Office;
- Nursery.



In the backs we have a huge backyard with some outdoor activities... and a weird coffin outside the fence. If your Sims are curious, I'd let them check it out by knocking at it!
