Carrer de Hebra, 1 is the start of a series of Spanish-themed residential lots and other buildings. These lots were built with mainland Spain in mind, but could potentially be applied to other Spanish-speaking territories in and around mainland Europe, such as the Canary Islands. This lot is a Spanish villa furnished for four Sims with an open living/dining area. Both the master bedroom and kitchen open up to the decking at the back, with a swimming pool behind. I wanted to include a bidet but for some reason the Sims couldn't use it.

"Carrer de Hebra" is Spanish for "Street Strand".
